CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON VITAMIN A
FOR ADDITION TO VEGETABLE OILS
Pursuant to Decree No. 09/2016/NĐ-CP dated January 28, 2016 of the Government on enhancing nutritional quality and food;i nutrients and food;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2017/NĐ-CP dated June 20, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Director of the Food Safety Authority;
The Minister of Health hereby issues National Technical Regulations on Vitamin A for addition to vegetable oils.
Article 1. Issuance of national technical regulations
This Circular attaches QCVN 3-7:2019/BYT - National Technical Regulations on Vitamin A for addition to vegetable oils, including retinol, retinyl acetate and retinyl palmitate.
Article 2. Effective date
This Circular takes effect from January 20, 2020
Article 3. Implementation responsibility
The Director of the Food Safety Authority, Heads of units under and affiliated to the Ministry of Health; Directors of Provincial Departments of Health and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
During implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals should report them to the Ministry of Health (Food Safety Authority) for study and resolution./.
