CIRCULAR
Issuing economic-technical norms for vocational training at intermediate level and college level for 20 trades and occupations.
for 46 fields and trades

Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Education dated November 27, 2014;

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2019/NĐ-CP dated February 1, 2019, of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Law on Vocational Education;

Based on the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Vocational Education;

The Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgates this Circular prescribing economic and technical norms for vocational training at intermediate and higher college levels for 46 fields and trades.

Article 1. This Circular includes 86 economic and technical norms for vocational training at intermediate and higher college levels for 46 fields and trades, including:

1. Wood carving technology at the intermediate level as specified in Appendix 1a;

2. Wood carving technology at the higher college level as specified in Appendix 1b;

3. Vocal music at the intermediate level as specified in Appendix 2a;

4. Vocal music at the higher college level as specified in Appendix 2b;

5. Stone carving at the intermediate level as specified in Appendix 3a;

6. Stone carving at the higher college level as specified in Appendix 3b;

7. Logistics at the intermediate level as specified in Appendix 4a;

8. Logistics at the higher college level as specified in Appendix 4b;

9. Accounting for enterprises at the intermediate level as specified in Appendix 5a;

10. Accounting for enterprises at the higher college level as specified in Appendix 5b;

11. Management and operation of water conservancy works at the intermediate level as specified in Appendix 6a;

12. Management and operation of water conservancy works at the higher college level as specified in Appendix 6b;

13. Biotechnology at the intermediate level as specified in Appendix 7a;

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2021.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Department of Vocational Education and Training, vocational education and training institutions registered to operate secondary and college-level programs for the professions and trades specified in Article 1 of this Circular, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
