CIRCULAR

Repealing Circular No. 67/2006/TT-BTC dated July 18, 2006 of the Minister of Finance guiding the implementation of financial management regulations for the Vietnam Universal Service Fund

On the basis of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents promulgated on June 22, 2015 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents promulgated on June 18, 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Banking and Financial Organization Finance;

The Minister of Finance issues this Circular to repeal Circular No. 67/2006/TT-BTC dated July 18, 2006 of the Minister of Finance guiding the implementation of financial management regulations for the Vietnam Universal Service Fund as follows:

Article 1.

Repeal all provisions of Circular No. 67/2006/TT-BTC dated July 18, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of financial management regulations for the Vietnam Universal Service Fund

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 5, 2021.

Heads of units under the Ministry and relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Circular./. DEPUTY MINISTER
