ISSUING QCVN 18:2021/BXD
NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SAFETY IN CONSTRUCTION WORK

BASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS dated June 29, 2006;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations, and Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 81/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT,
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SAFETY IN CONSTRUCTION WORK.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS QCVN 18:2021/BXD, THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SAFETY IN CONSTRUCTION WORK.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE AND REPLACE Circular No. 14/2014/TT-BXD dated September 5, 2014 of the Minister of Construction ISSUING QCVN 18:2014/BXD, THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SAFETY IN CONSTRUCTION.
Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
