CIRCULAR
Repeals Decisions of the Minister of Finance promulgating the financial inspection procedures
concerning financial inspection work

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulations dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulations;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 amending and supplementing certain articles of the Government's Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2023/NĐ-CP dated April 20, 2023, issued by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance,
The Minister of Finance issues this Circular to repeal Decisions of the Minister of Finance promulgating the financial inspection procedures.
Article 1. Repeal all Decisions
Repeal all of the following two Decisions:
1. Decision No. 64/2006/QĐ-BTC dated February 8, 2006 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Financial Inspection Procedure.
2. Decision No. 33/2007/QĐ-BTC dated May 15, 2007 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Post-Inspection and Audit Handling Procedure.
Article 2. Implementation clause
This Circular shall take effect from April 25, 2024.
The Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance, the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
