Regarding the amendment of the household registration forms issued together with
Circular No. 08.a/2010/TT-BTP

Pursuant to Decree No. 06/2012/NĐ-CP dated February 2, 2012 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of decrees on civil status, marriage and family, and notarization;
Pursuant to Decree No. 93/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 22, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
To ensure uniform management and use of household registration forms nationwide, the Ministry of Justice amends the content of Article 3 of two household registration forms (Form TP/HT-2010-TĐCC.1 and Form TP/HT-2010-TĐCC.1.a) as follows,
Article 1. Scope of Regulation
This Circular amends the content of Article 3 of two household registration forms (Form TP/HT-2010-TĐCC.1 and Form TP/HT-2010-TĐCC.1.a) issued together with Circular No. 08.a/2010/TT-BTP dated March 15, 2010 on the issuance and guidance for recording, storing, and using household registration books and forms, including:
- The Decision on Changing, Correcting Household Registration, Determining Nationality Again, and Determining Gender Again (Original) - Form TP/HT-2010-TĐCC.1 - used at the People's Committee of communes and districts;
- The Decision on Changing, Correcting Household Registration, Determining Nationality Again, and Determining Gender Again (Copy)
- Form TP/HT-2010-TĐCC.1.a - used at the People's Committee of communes and districts.
Article 2. The content of Article 3 of the two decision forms (Form TP/HT-2010-TĐCC.1 and Form TP/HT-2010-TĐCC.1.a) shall be amended as follows:
"Article 3...and the persons named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision".
Article 3. Effectiveness
This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2010./.
