DECREE-LAW

No. 16 dated September 8, 1945

CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

At the request of the Minister of National Education,

 

ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW:

Clause I: Establishes a school inspection post throughout Vietnam to oversee compliance with the educational curriculum set by the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.

Clause II: Appoints Mr. Đặng Thai Mai as Inspector General for Secondary Education and Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tảo as Inspector General for Primary Education nationwide.

Clause III: The Ministers of Interior, Finance, and National Education shall implement this decree-law within the scope of their respective authorities./.
