THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
BASED ON THE QUALITY LAW ON DECEMBER 27, 1990;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 327/HDBT OF OCTOBER 19, 1991 OF THE STATE COUNCIL ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE QUALITY LAW;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 86/CP OF DECEMBER 8, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR NATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF COMMODITY QUALITY;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 22/CP OF MAY 22, 1993 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT;

Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE "LIST OF COMMODITIES REQUIRED TO REGISTER QUALITY" AND THE BASIS FOR QUALITY REGISTRATION, REPLACING THE LIST ISSUED ALONG WITH DECISION NO. 2577/QD-TDC OF OCTOBER 28, 1996 OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT.
Article 2. ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS BELONGING TO ALL ECONOMIC SECTORS PRODUCING COMMODITIES LISTED HEREIN MUST REGISTER COMMODITY QUALITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS HEREIN.
Article 3. THE STANDARDS MEASUREMENT QUALITY ADMINISTRATION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZING, GUIDING, AND INSPECTING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION.
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 1998.
