DECREE
Regarding the issuance of regulations on the collection, management, exploitation, and utilization of data and information on water resources
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 02/2002/QH11 dated August 5, 2002 of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the eleventh session, first meeting, listing the ministries and ministerial-level agencies of the Government;
Pursuant to the Water Resources Law dated May 20, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment,
DECREE
Article 1. The accompanying regulations on the collection, management, exploitation, and utilization of data and information on water resources are hereby promulgated.
Article 2. The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment shall be responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of this Decree.
Article 3. This Decree takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial people's committees under the central government shall be responsible for enforcing this Decree.
