BIssuing the Regulation on the operation of the International Border Economic Zone Cau Treo

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the Investment Law dated November 29, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Regulation on the operation of the International Border Economic Zone Cau Treo, Ha Tinh province.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 177/1998/QĐ-TTg dated September 15, 1998 of the Prime Minister regarding the pilot application of certain policies in the international border area Cau Treo, Ha Tinh province.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
