THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2005/ND-CP dated July 15, 2005 of the Government on issuing certificates of ownership of housing and construction works;
At the proposal of the Director of the Housing Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Point 1, Part X of Circular No. 13/2005/TT-BXD dated August 5, 2005 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the implementation of Decree No. 95/2005/ND-CP dated July 15, 2005 of the Government on issuing certificates of ownership of housing and construction works stipulates: "This Circular shall take effect from the date of promulgation of Decree No. 95/2005/ND-CP" is amended as follows: "This Circular shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. Organizations and individuals involved in the implementation of Circular No. 13/2005/TT-BXD dated August 5, 2005 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the implementation of Decree No. 95/2005/ND-CP dated July 15, 2005 of the Government on issuing certificates of ownership of housing and construction works are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
