QUYẾT ĐỊNH

Về việc tạm ngừng thực hiện Quyết định số 146/2002/QD-BTC ngày 4 tháng 12 năm 2002 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính về việc sửa đổi tên và thuế nhập khẩu đối với xe ô tô đã lắp ráp thành phẩm và linh kiện ô tô trong biểu thuế ưu đãi.

THEO HIỆN ĐỊNH:

Điều 1. Theo Nghị định số 86/2002/NĐ-CP ngày 5 tháng 11 năm 2002 quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ và tổ chức bộ máy của các bộ, cơ quan ngang部委办局；

Theo Điều 1 của Nghị định số 94/1998/NĐ-CP ngày 17 tháng 11 năm 1998 quy định chi tiết thi hành Luật Sửa đổi và bổ sung một số điều của Luật số 04/1998/QH10 ngày 20 tháng 5 năm 1998 về Thuế xuất khẩu và thuế nhập khẩu;

Sau khi lấy ý kiến của Thủ tướng Chính phủ:

QUYẾT ĐỊNH:

Điều 1. Tạm ngừng thi hành Quyết định số 146/2002/QĐ-BTC ngày 4 tháng 12 năm 2002 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính về việc sửa đổi tên, mã số và thuế nhập khẩu đối với xe ô tô đã lắp ráp thành phẩm và phụ tùng ô tô trong Biểu thuế ưu đãi đặc biệt cho đến khi Bộ ban hành quyết định mới.

Việc áp dụng tên, mã số và mức thuế nhập khẩu đối với xe ô tô và phụ tùng ô tô trong Biểu thuế ưu đãi đặc biệt kể từ ngày 1 tháng 1năm 2003 thực hiện theo quy định hiện hành.The year 2003 shall be implemented in accordance with the existing regulations.

Điều 2.Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký./.
