Regarding the issuance of the Training and Orientation Education Regulations for Vietnamese Workers Going to Work Abroad Temporarily
THE MINISTER OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 96/CP dated December 7, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 152/1999/NĐ-CP dated September 20, 1999 of the Government stipulating the regulations for Vietnamese workers and experts going to work abroad temporarily;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/1998/NĐ-CP dated May 23, 1998 on the establishment of the Vocational Training General Department under the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; Considering the proposal by the Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, the General Director of the Vocational Training General Department, and the Director of the Overseas Labor Management Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To issue with this Decision the Training and Orientation Education Regulations for Vietnamese Workers Going to Work Abroad Temporarily.
Article 2. This Regulation shall take effect fifteen days after its date of issuance. Any previous regulations that conflict with this Regulation are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Department Directors responsible for Cadre Organization and Training, General Director of the Vocational Training General Department, Director of the Overseas Labor Management Department, Heads of relevant agencies and units, Heads of training and orientation education institutions for Vietnamese workers going to work abroad temporarily, and Managing Directors of enterprises sending laborers abroad shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
