Regarding the issuance of the regulations on postgraduate specialty training level I
MINISTRY OF HEALTH
Article 1. Now hereby promulgates with this Decision the "Regulations on Postgraduate Specialty Training Level I".
Article 2. The Director of the Department of Science and Training shall be responsible for providing specific guidance and monitoring the implementation of these Regulations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces the Decision No. 206/BYT-QD dated March 2, 1994 of the Minister of Health regarding the issuance of the "Regulations on Postgraduate Specialty Training Level I".
Any previous provisions on postgraduate specialty training level I that conflict with the "Regulations on Postgraduate Specialty Training Level I" issued pursuant to this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Departments of Science and Training, Organization and Cadres, Planning, Finance and Accounting - Ministry of Health, Deans of medical universities, and Heads of medical departments in universities, and Heads of institutions participating in postgraduate specialty training level I are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
