Pursuant to Decree No. 116/2008/ND-CP dated November 14, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Business Registration Agency and the Head of the Ministry's Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announce hereby the amended, supplemented, or abolished administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Planning and Investment attached to this Decision.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office and the Director of the Business Registration Agency are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
