Issuing Regulations guiding the implementation of awards in the form of Certificates of Merit at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Pursuant to the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003;
MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 10, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward;
At the proposal of the Council for Encouragement of Competition and Reward of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
Issuing along with this Decision "Regulations guiding the implementation of awards in the form of Certificates of Merit at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs"
DECISION:
Article 1. The Heads of the Office, the Department Heads of the Department of Organization and Cadres, the Department of Administrative and Financial Management, and the Heads of units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
