Articleamending and supplementing Circular No. 7/2020/TT-BTTTT dated April 13, 2020 issued by the Minister of Information and Communications
The Ministry of Information and Communications shall specify concerning inspection oftelecommunications equipment and radio stations

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
At the proposal of the Director of the Telecommunications Department and the Head of the Legal Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. Amend the basis for issuance in Circular No. 7/2020/TT-BTTTT dated April 13, 2020 issued by the Minister of Information and Communications concerning inspection of telecommunications equipment and radio stations as follows:
In the section on the basis for issuance: Replace the phrase “Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2018/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2018 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality; and Decree No. 74/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 132/2018/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2018 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality” with “Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Product and Goods Quality; and Decree No. 74/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Product and Goods Quality”.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and is an integral part of Circular No. 7/2020/TT-BTTTT dated April 13, 2020 issued by the Minister of Information and Communications concerning inspection of telecommunications equipment and radio stations.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, the Director of the Telecommunications Administration, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
