Regarding the issuance of the Supervision Regulation for State-Owned Enterprises Operating at a Loss and Without Effectiveness

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on State-Owned Enterprises dated November 26, 2003;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 199/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government promulgating the Financial Management Regulations for State-Owned Companies and the Management of State Capital Invested in Other Enterprises;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 132/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 20, 2005 of the Government on the Implementation of Rights and Obligations of the State Owner towards State-Owned Companies and the Decree No. 86/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2006 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of the Decree No. 132/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 20, 2005;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

DECISION:

Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Supervision Regulation for State-Owned Enterprises Operating at a Loss and Without Effectiveness.

Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, organizations entrusted with the task of representing state ownership in state-owned enterprises, Chairpersons of the Board of Directors of State Economic Groups, Chairpersons of the Board of Directors, Chairpersons of the Board of Members, Chairpersons of companies, General Directors, Directors of state-owned enterprises are responsible for implementing this Decision.
