VREGARDING AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO CLAUSE 2 OF ARTICLE 4 OF THE DECREE
NO. 87/CP DATED AUGUST 17, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FRAMEWORK OF LAND PRICES

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Land Law dated July 14, 1993;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CLAUSE 2, ARTICLE 4 OF THE DECREE NO. 87/CP DATED AUGUST 17, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FRAMEWORK OF LAND PRICES AS FOLLOWS:
THE PRICES OF VARIOUS TYPES OF LAND SET BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES MAY BE LOWER THAN THE MINIMUM PRICE OR HIGHER THAN THE MAXIMUM PRICE IN THE FRAMEWORK OF LAND PRICES ISSUED WITH DECREE NO. 87/CP DATED AUGUST 17, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE FACTOR (k) ADJUSTED IN DECISION NO. 302/TTg DATED MAY 13, 1996 OF THEPRIME MINISTER, BUT THE LEVEL OF DECREASE OR INCREASE IN PRICES SHALL NOT EXCEED 50 PERCENT. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCILS, AND CHAIRMEN OF CITY PEOPLE'S COUNCILS DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
