Regarding the establishment of the Enterprise Management Reform Board at the General Corporation of Agricultural Machinery and Irrigation
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
To implement Directive No. 20/1998/CT-TTg dated April 21, 1998 of the Prime Minister on accelerating the restructuring and reform of state-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the General Corporation of Agricultural Machinery and Irrigation and the Director of the Personnel Department,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Establish the Enterprise Management Reform Board at the General Corporation of Agricultural Machinery and Irrigation, consisting of the following individuals:
1.1. Mr. Le Ngoc Diep, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Head of the Board;
1.2. Mr. Tran Phuong Hung, Deputy General Director, Deputy Head of the Board;
1.3. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Loan, Chief Accountant of the General Corporation, Standing Member;
1.4. Mr. Do Van Trinh, Deputy Head of the Personnel and Labor Wages Department of the General Corporation, Standing Member;
1.5. Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Head of the Economic and Technical Department of the General Corporation, Member.
Article 2. The Enterprise Management Reform Board at the General Corporation of Agricultural Machinery and Irrigation shall have the main tasks as follows:
2.1. Based on the program, plan, and directives of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding enterprise reform and shareholding, develop a plan for the reform and shareholding of the General Corporation for the leadership of the General Corporation to consider and submit to the leadership of the Ministry.
2.2. Implement the plan for the reform and shareholding of the General Corporation after the plan has been approved by the Ministry.
2.3. Supervise, urge, and guide the Enterprise Management Reform Boards at member units to fulfill their tasks of reform and shareholding.
2.4. Carry out necessary specialized tasks according to the guidance of the Enterprise Management Reform Board of the Ministry.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. Decisions previously issued regarding the establishment of the Enterprise Management Reform Board and the Shareholding Reform Board at the General Corporation of Agricultural Machinery and Irrigation are hereby abolished.
Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Personnel Department, the Heads of related units under the Ministry, the Board of Directors of the General Corporation of Agricultural Machinery and Irrigation, the Head of the Enterprise Management Reform Board at the General Corporation of Agricultural Machinery and Irrigation, and the individuals named in Article 1 above are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
