THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Veterinary Drug Management Regulations issued together with Decree No. 93/CP dated November 27, 1993 of the Government implementing the Animal Health Ordinance;
Pursuant to Directive No. 07/2002/CT-TTg dated February 25, 2002 of the Prime Minister on "Strengthening the management of the use of antibiotics and chemicals in the production and trade of animal-origin food products";
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health.
DECISION:
Article 1. The List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation, Restricted Use, and Prohibited Use in Vietnam in 2006.
1. List of veterinary drugs permitted for production and export.
2. List of veterinary drugs and raw materials for veterinary drugs permitted for import.
3. List of veterinary drugs and raw materials for veterinary drugs subject to restricted use.
4. List of veterinary drugs permitted for circulation until December 31, 2005.
Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Government.
Article 3. The list of veterinary drugs issued by Decision No. 60/2003/QĐ-BNN dated May 6, 2003 is hereby abolished.
Article 4The Director of the Department of Animal Health, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, individuals within the country, and foreign individuals involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
