Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;
Pursuant to Decision No. 144/2006/QĐ-TTg dated June 20, 2006 of the Prime Minister on the application of quality management systems in accordance with standard TCVN ISO 9001: 2000 in the operations of government administrative agencies;
At the request of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,

DECISION:

Clause 4 of Article 6The attached Decision"Regulations on Consultation, Assessment, and Certification of Quality Management Systems in Accordance with Standard TCVN ISO 9001: 2000 for Government Administrative Agencies".

Article 2.This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the General Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Quality, relevant organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision. /.
