DECISION
Issuing the Procedures for Investigating and Resolving Waterway Traffic Accidents

THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY
Pursuant to the Law on Inland Waterway Traffic dated June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Criminal Investigation Organization 2004;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Administrative Violation Handling 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 136/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;
At the proposal of the Director of the General Police Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Procedures for Investigating and Resolving Waterway Traffic Accidents are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision replaces Decision No. 370/2004/QĐ-CBA(C11) dated April 20, 2004 of the Minister of Public Security issuing the Procedures for Investigating and Resolving Waterway Traffic Accidents.
This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Directors of the General Departments, Heads of units directly under the Minister, Provincial Police Chiefs, and Chief of Police of centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
