ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF HEALTH STATIONS IN UNIVERSITIES, ACADEMIES, HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS, COLLEGES, AND VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-Level Agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to Decision No. 153/2006/QĐ-TTg dated June 30, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the overall development plan for the healthcare system in Vietnam until 2010 and vision until 2020;
Pursuant to Directive No. 23/2006/CT-TTg dated July 12, 2006 of the Government Chairman on strengthening school health work;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Student Affairs;
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying regulations on the organization and operations of health stations in universities, academies, higher education institutions, colleges, and vocational schools are hereby issued with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are repealed.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Student Affairs, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; the Directors of Departments of Education and Training; the Presidents of universities and academies, the Rectors of higher education institutions, colleges, and vocational schools are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
