THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 QCVN 02:2015/BCT - National Technical Regulation on Electric Detonators.
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 134/2004/ND-CP dated June 9, 2004 ON ENCOURAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL INDUSTRIES;
BASED ON THE PRIME MINISTER’S DECISION NO. 136/2007/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2007 APPROVING THE NATIONAL HANDICRAFT PROMOTION PROGRAM UNTIL 2012;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE LOCAL INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE COMPILE OF TRAINING MATERIALS IMPLEMENTED WITH HANDICRAFT PROMOTION FUNDS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION, THE DIRECTORS OF MINISTRY DEPARTMENTS, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY COUNCILS, THE HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS INVOLVED IN THE COMPILE OF TRAINING MATERIALS IMPLEMENTED WITH HANDICRAFT PROMOTION FUNDS, AND INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPILE OF SUCH MATERIALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./
