THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to Decision No. 33/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT dated June 20, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regulations on certificates and diplomas of the national education system;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby issues a model of the secondary school graduation certificate and a model of the certified true copy from the original record of the secondary school graduation certificate.
Article 2. The secondary school graduation certificate and the certified true copy from the original record of the secondary school graduation certificate shall have dimensions of 13 cm x 19 cm, consisting of two (02) sides:
The outer side shall be dark red in color, with the National Emblem in gold lettering. The inner side shall have a light yellow background, with the National Emblem embossed in the center and bordered by golden floral patterns, the name of the secondary school graduation certificate in red, and other text in black.
The content and dimensions of the model of the secondary school graduation certificate and the certified true copy from the original record of the secondary school graduation certificate printed on the outer and inner sides shall comply with the provisions set out in Appendix I and Appendix II attached hereto.
The recording on the secondary school graduation certificate and the certified true copy from the original record of the secondary school graduation certificate shall be carried out according to the guidelines set out in Appendix III attached hereto.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The model of the secondary school graduation certificate and the model of the certified true copy from the original record of the secondary school graduation certificate prescribed herein shall be implemented from the academic year 2008-2009.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, Heads of Departments under the Department of Legal Affairs, Heads of units related to the Ministry of Education and Training, and Directors of provincial departments of education and training are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
