Circular No. 17/2009/TT-NHNN on the cancellation of Decision No. 49/2006/QD-NHNN dated September 29, 2006 and Decision No. 19/2007/QD-NHNN dated May 11, 2007 regarding the Financial Management Regulation of the State Bank of Vietnam

CIRCULAR

Regarding the revocation of Decision number 49/2006/QĐ-NHNN dated September 29, 2006 and Decision number 19/2007/QĐ-NHNN dated May 11, 2007 on the Financial Management Regulation of the State Bank of Vietnam

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents of 2008;

Pursuant to Decree number 96/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 26, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam,

The State Bank of Vietnam hereby promulgates as follows:

Article 1. Revoking Decision number 49/2006/QĐ-NHNN dated September 29, 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating the Financial Management Regulation of the State Bank of Vietnam and Decision number 19/2007/QĐ-NHNN dated May 11, 2007 amending and supplementing certain articles of the Financial Management Regulation of the State Bank of Vietnam issued pursuant to Decision number 49/2006/QĐ-NHNN dated September 29, 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Department of Finance and Accounting, Internal Audit Department, Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam, and Governors of the State Bank of Vietnam branches in provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Circular.
