ISSUING THE LIST OF OCCUPATIONS FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING AT THE INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED VOCATIONAL LEVELS

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 38/2009/QĐ-TTg dated March 9, 2009, issued by the Prime Minister to promulgate the List of Education and Training in the National Education System;
THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS ISSUES THE LIST OF OCCUPATIONS FOR TRAINING AT THE FOURTH LEVEL WITHIN THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING SYSTEM OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING CONTENT:
Article 1. Scope of regulation and applicable subjects
THIS CIRCULAR ISSUES THE LIST OF OCCUPATIONS FOR TRAINING WITHIN THE NATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM AS A BASIS FOR SCHOOLS TO ORGANIZE TRAINING AT THE INTERMEDIATE VOCATIONAL LEVEL AND THE ADVANCED VOCATIONAL LEVEL ACROSS THE NATION;
THE LIST OF OCCUPATIONS FOR TRAINING INCLUDES THE LIST OF OCCUPATIONS FOR TRAINING AT THE INTERMEDIATE VOCATIONAL LEVEL AND THE LIST OF OCCUPATIONS FOR TRAINING AT THE ADVANCED VOCATIONAL LEVEL.
Article 2. Effectiveness
THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE;
THIS CIRCULAR REPLACES DECISION NO. 37/2008/QĐ-BLDTBXH OF APRIL 16, 2008 BY THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS ON THE ISSUE OF TEMPORARILY ISSUING THE LIST OF OCCUPATIONS FOR TRAINING AT THE INTERMEDIATE VOCATIONAL LEVEL AND THE ADVANCED VOCATIONAL LEVEL; OCCUPATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN RECRUITED FOR TRAINING BEFORE THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS CIRCULAR WILL BE COMPLETED UNTIL THE END OF THE CURRENT COURSE.
Article 3. Implementation Provisions
MINISTRIES, MINISTERIAL-EQUIVALENT ORGANIZATIONS, GOVERNMENT-RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, POLITICAL-SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS, PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, GENERAL TRAINING COLLEGES, ADVANCED VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS, INTERMEDIATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES, COLLEGES, AND PROFESSIONAL COLLEGES REGISTERED TO OPERATE VOCATIONAL TRAINING AT THE INTERMEDIATE VOCATIONAL LEVEL AND THE ADVANCED VOCATIONAL LEVEL, AND RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
