Issuing the Student Affairs Regulation in Secondary Vocational Schools and Colleges

Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Education dated November 27, 2014;

Pursuant to Decree No.14/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs;Labour and Society;

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2015/ND-CP dated May 15, 2015 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Vocational Education;amending certain provisions of the Vocational Education Law;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Department of Vocational Education,General Department of Vocational Education,

The Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to issue the Student Affairs Regulation in Secondary Vocational Schools and Colleges.paragraph.

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the Student Affairs Regulation in Secondary Vocational Schools and Colleges attached hereto.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 14, 2017; abolishes Decision No. 26/2007/QĐ-BLDTBXH dated December 24, 2007 of the Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating the Student Affairs Regulation in regular vocational training institutions and Decision No. 54/2008/QĐ-BLDTBXH dated May 19, 2008 of the Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating the Evaluation Regulation for the Conduct of Students in Regular Vocational Training Institutions.

Article 3. During implementation, any issues or difficulties should be reported to the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs (through the Department of Vocational Education) for consideration and resolution./.
