Issuing the List of Major Crop Species

 Camendpursuant to Decree No.7/NĐ 15/201-CP dated-February 7, 2017 of the Government; 1November 201 h"b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."hereinafter referred to as the DecreeDeputy ministers of ministerial-level agencies, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 109/2025/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 193/2025/NĐ-CP function of the Ministry Director of the Crop Production Department
Pursuant to the Law Forestry dated 19 issuing the List of Major Crop Species8;
At the proposal of The List of Major Crop Species includes: Rice, corn, coffee, orange, pomelo, banana;
amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 22/2019/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 30, 2019 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding certain provisions of the Livestock Law on the management of breeds and breeding products of livestock. The List of Major Crop Species shall be reviewed, amended, and supplemented in accordance with each development period. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2020; replacing Decision No. 58/2004/QD-BNN dated November 4, 2004 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the List of Major Crop Varieties The Director of the Crop Production Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular.

Article 1. During the implementation of this Circular, if there are difficulties or obstacles, organizations and individuals are requested to promptly reflect them to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for consideration and resolution./..

The list of main crop species shall be reviewed, amended, and supplemented in accordance with each development period.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2020; replacing Decision No. 58/2004/QĐ-BNN dated November 4, 2004 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the List of Main Crop Varieties..

Article 3. The Director of the Crop Production Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During the implementation of this Circular, if there are difficulties or obstacles, organizations and individuals are requested to promptly report them to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for consideration and resolution./.
