REGULATIONS ON FORMS OF DOCUMENTS IN THE FILM ACTIVITY
Pursuant to the Cinema Law dated June 15, 2022;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 79/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017, on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department;
The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism issues this Circular to regulate forms of documents in film activities.
Article 1. Scope of Regulation and Applicability
Article 1. This Circular stipulates forms of documents in film activities.
Article 2. This Circular applies to agencies, organizations, and individuals related to film activities.

Attached to this Circular are appendices containing forms of documents in film activities:

1. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2023.
Article 3. Repeal Circular No. 11/2011/TT-BVHTTDL dated September 19, 2011, issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism guiding the implementation of certain provisions related to administrative procedures in the film sector.
Article 4. In the course of implementation, if any difficulties arise, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (through the National Cinema Center) for study, amendment, and supplementation as appropriate./.
