Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993, stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health.
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law.
Pursuant to Decision No. 21/2001/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated June 6, 2001 of the Minister of Education and Training on issuing the Framework Program for Secondary Vocational Education.
Based on the agreement document No. 8899/THCN&DN dated October 7, 2002 of the Ministry of Education and Training.
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Training Department of the Ministry of Health;

Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Framework Program for Secondary Vocational Education in the Traditional Medicine Practitioner Training Industry, belonging to the Health group.
Article 2. The Traditional Medicine Practitioner Framework Program shall be implemented in health universities, colleges, and secondary vocational schools from the academic year 2003.
Article 3. The Director of the Science and Training Department shall direct and guide schools in developing detailed programs, compiling and approving textbooks and teaching materials.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Directors of Departments, Directors of Departments of the Ministry of Health, Principals of health universities, colleges, and secondary vocational schools are responsible for implementing this Decision.
