PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned companies and independent accounting subsidiaries under state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Dak Nong Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the adjustment of the restructuring and renewal plan for state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Dak Nong Province as follows:
1. State-owned enterprises holding 100% capital and maintaining their legal entity status:
- Lottery Construction Company,
- Water Supply and Urban Engineering Management Company,
- Textbook and School Equipment Company,
- Trade and Tourism Company,
- Motor Vehicle Inspection Center,
- Dak Nong Road Construction and Maintenance Company.
2. State-owned enterprises to be equitized (in 2006):
- Dak Nong Sugar Corporation,
- Dak Nong Building Materials and Construction Installation Corporation.
3. State-owned enterprises to be merged:
Dak Nong County Trade Company will be merged with Dak Nong Trade and Tourism Company.
4. State-owned farms and forestry enterprises shall be restructured in accordance with Decree No. 170/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2004 on restructuring, renewing, and developing state-owned farms and Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on restructuring, renewing, and developing state-owned forestry enterprises.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Nong Province directs the implementation of the restructuring and renewal of state-owned companies under its jurisdiction in accordance with the approved content. For enterprises that cannot be equitized, they should proactively transition to other appropriate forms in compliance with current regulations.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Nong Province and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision. /.
