Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993, stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health.
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law.
Pursuant to the Decision No. 21/2001/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated June 6, 2001, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the Framework Curriculum for Secondary Vocational Education.
Based on the agreement document number 8899/THCN&DN dated October 7, 2002, of the Ministry of Education and Training.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Training of the Ministry of Health.
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. The Framework Program for Secondary Vocational Education in the General Practitioner Training Field, belonging to the Health group, is hereby issued along with this Decision.
Article 2. The Framework Program for training General Practitioners shall be implemented in health secondary vocational schools and colleges from the academic year 2003.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Science and Training shall continue to direct and guide schools in developing detailed programs, compiling and approving textbooks and teaching materials.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Directors of Bureaus, Directors of Departments of the Ministry of Health, Principals of medical universities, colleges, and secondary vocational schools are responsible for implementing this Decision.
