THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

BASED ON Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/ND-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Construction Quality Control Agency,

DECISION:

Article 1. The point a, Clause 2.1, Section 2 of Directive No. 13/2006/CT-BXD dated November 23, 2006 of the Minister of Construction is hereby corrected as follows:

Previously printed as: "Circular No. 07/2006/TT-BXD",

Corrected to read: "Circular No. 06/2006/TT-BXD".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, provincial People's Committees, and centrally governed city People's Committees shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
