Decree No. 175 appoints Mr. Nguyen Khanh as Chairman and Mr. Nguyen Duy Than as Vice-Chairman of the Inter-Regional Committee for Resistance and Administration Zone I.

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 and Decree-Law No. 77 dated December 21, 1945 organizing the people's administration,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 1/SL dated December 18, 1946 establishing protection committees,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 3/NV/SL dated December 28, 1946 suspending elections for the People's Council and Administrative Committee,

Pursuant to Decree-Laws Nos. 34/SL dated March 19, 1947 and 38/SL dated March 28, 1947 amending Decree-Law No. 1/SL dated December 18, 1946,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 78/SL dated September 3, 1947 regarding the declaration of personnel in the Anti-French Resistance Committee Zone,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 120/SL dated January 25, 1948 organizing inter-zone committees and establishing anti-French resistance administrative inter-zone committees,

Pursuant to Decree-Laws Nos. 124/SL dated January 25, 1948 appointing Mr. Nguyen Khang, Mr. Nguyen Duy Thân, and Mr. Chu Van Tan as members of the Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committee Zone I, and No. 134/SL dated February 15, 1948 appointing Mr. Nong Ich Nhan and Mr. Nguyen Huu Tao as members,

Pursuant to the report of the Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committee Inter-Zone 1 No. 132/VC dated March 15, 1948,

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:

Article 1

Approves Mr. Nguyen Khang as Chairman and Mr. Nguyen Duy Thân as Vice-Chairman of the Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committee Inter-Zone I.

Article 2

The Ministers shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
