DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Issuing the List of Postal Services,
Networks, and Telecommunication Services Subject to Quality Management
THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to the Posts and Telecommunications Ordinance dated May 25, 2002;
On the basis of Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing the "List of Postal Services, Networks, and Telecommunication Services Subject to Quality Management" including:
Public telephone network telephone service;
Public mobile terrestrial network telephone service; Internet service.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. This Decision replaces Decision No. 144/2001/QĐ-TCBĐ issued on February 28, 2001 by the Director General of the Posts and Telecommunications Administration.
Article 3. The Head of the Office; The Inspector General; Heads of Departments; Director of the Postal, Telecommunications, and Information Technology Quality Management Bureau; Heads of units under the Posts and Telecommunications Ministry; postal and telecommunications enterprises and their agents are responsible for implementing this Decision.
