PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Law on Commerce dated May 10, 1997;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Trade,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Labeling Regulation for Domestic Circulation Goods and Exported and Imported Goods is promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect six months from the date of signature. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Minister of Trade is responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.
Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for organizing the implementation of this Decision.
