THE CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 on the organization of local people's administration during the resistance period;

At the proposal of the Minister of Interior Affairs,

ISSUES THE DECREE-ORDER:

Article 1: Permits Mr. Nghiem Tu Trinh to resign from his position as a member of the Resistance Administrative Committee of Hanoi.

Article 2: The Minister of Interior Affairs shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
