Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government "Regulations on the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality";

Pursuant to Circular No. 12 TCTCVN/CV requesting the issuance of industry standards on tea technical procedures;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Standardization;

Pursuant to …;:

Article 1. The following industry standards are hereby issued:

- 10TCN 446-2001 Technical Procedures for Planting, Cultivation, and Harvesting Tea - 10TCN 447-2001 Tea Seedlings LDP1 and LDP2

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Standardization, the Director of the Tea Research Institute, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
