Regarding the issuance of TCXDVN 318: 2004 "Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Structures - Maintenance Guidelines"
The Minutes of the Scientific and Technical Council dated June 3, 2004, number 808/BB-HĐKHKT, on the acceptance of the standard "Maintenance Standards for Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Structures in Civil and Industrial Construction Projects""
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated 4/4/2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
On the basis of Minutes number 808/BB-HĐKHKT dated March 3 of the Institute of Construction Science and Technology at Circular No. 656/VKH-KHKT dated July 9, 2004, and the Director of the Department of Science and Technology concerning concrete and reinforced concrete structures for civil and industrial construction projects";
Considering the proposal adopted TCXDVN 318: 2004
DECISION:
Article 1: Issued attached to this decision is 01 Construction Standard of Vietnam Male:
"Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Structures - Maintenance Guidelines" The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology, the Director of the Institute of Construction Science and Technology, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3: The Officials: Director of the Ministry's Office, Head of the Science and Technology Department, Director of the Construction Science and Technology Institute, and Heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
