Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 141/HĐBT dated August 24, 1982 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) promulgating the Standardization Work Regulations;
At the proposal of the Director of the Meteorology and Hydrology Department, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Industry Standard 94 TCN 14-2006 Surface Meteorological Law Code is hereby issued together with this Decision.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision shall take effect from January 1, 2007 and replace Decision No. 840/KTTV-QĐ dated December 2, 1997 of the General Department of Meteorology and Hydrology on the issuance of the Surface Meteorological Law Code.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Meteorology and Hydrology Department, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, the Director of the National Meteorology and Hydrology Center, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
