DECISION
Regarding the classification of national monuments

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering Circular No. 144/UBND-VX dated February 6, 2007 of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province and the monument dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT
PHUONG DAT HALL
LAC LONG COMMUNE, KINH MON DISTRICT, HAI DUONG PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the architectural art monument Phuong Dat Hall within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Hai Duong Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
