REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATIONS OF VÂN PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE, KHÁNH HOÀ PROVINCE

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 108/2006/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 22, 2006 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVESTMENT LAW;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 29/2008/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 14, 2008 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR INDUSTRIAL ZONES, EXPORT PROCESSING ZONES AND ECONOMIC ZONES;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision on principles, criteria, and allocation standards for state budget investment capital development phase 2016-2020.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATIONS OF VÂN PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE, KHÁNH HOÀ PROVINCE.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MAY 1, 2010.
THE REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATIONS OF VÂN PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE, KHÁNH HOÀ PROVINCE ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION REPLACE THE REGULATIONS ISSUED WITH DECISIONS92/2006/QĐ-TTgOF APRIL 25, 2006 AND21/2008/QĐ-TTgOF FEBRUARY 4, 2008 OF THE PRIME MINISTER.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, AND THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KHÁNH HOÀ PROVINCE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
