CIRCULAR
Issuing the List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance,
Article 1. The List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam is hereby issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature, superseding Circular No. 18/2009/TT-BNN dated March 30, 2009 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam in 2009.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
