Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012, of the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations No. 68/2006/QH11 dated July 21, 2006;
WHEREAS, Law on Product Quality and Commodities No. 05/2007/QH12 dated November 21, 2007;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Product Quality Law;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Safety Technology and Industrial Environment;
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on safety for steel liquefied petroleum gas containers,
Article 1. This Circular includes the National Technical Regulations on safety for steel liquefied petroleum gas containers.
Designation: QCVN 04:2013/BCT
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 15, 2013.
Article 3. Provincial People's Committees, municipal people's committees under the central government, heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
