THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING issues this Circular on the Training Program for Quality Assurance Auditors in Higher Education and Vocational Colleges.
Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS CIRCULAR is the Training Program for Quality Assurance Auditors in Higher Education and Vocational Colleges.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR shall take effect from June 28, 2013.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL ASSESSMENT AND EXAMINATION CENTER, HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S AFFILIATED UNITS; CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT; DIRECTORS OF DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; DIRECTORS OF NATIONAL UNIVERSITIES AND REGIONAL UNIVERSITIES; DIRECTORS OF ACADEMIES; RECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES; DIRECTORS OF EDUCATION QUALITY ASSURANCE ORGANIZATIONS are responsible for implementing this Circular.
