THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Issuing Legal Documents dated June 22, 2015 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Issuing Legal Documents dated June 18, 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing mechanisms of the Law on Enacting Legal Regulatory Acts 2015 and Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing mechanisms of the Law on Enacting Legal Regulatory Acts 2015;

Pursuant to the Government Decree number Decree No. 62/2022/NĐ-CP dated September 12, 2022 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs issues this Circular to repeal legal regulatory acts issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, jointly issued.

Article 1. Repeal of legal regulatory acts

1. Repeal all legal regulatory acts issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, jointly issued listed in Appendix I attached to this Circular.

2. Repeal part of legal regulatory acts issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs listed in Appendix II attached to this Circular.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from November 15, 2022.

Article 3. Implementation Organization

The Director of the Department of Legal Affairs, the Director of the Office of the Ministry, relevant state management units under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
