Circular No. 18/7/2002 regarding value-added tax on basic chemical products

DECISION OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HO CHI MINH CITY

APPROVING THE PLAN FOR LAND USE IN 2002 OF TAN BINH DISTRICT, HO CHI MINH CITY.

HO CHI MINH CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE

- Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated June 21, 1994;

- Pursuant to the Land Law dated July 14, 1993; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Land Law dated December 2, 1998; June 29, 2001;

- Pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated October 1, 2001 of the Government on land planning and land use plans; Circular No. 1842/2001/TT-BTNMT dated November 1, 2001 of the General Department of Land Administration guiding the implementation of Decree No. 68/2001/ND-CP;

- Considering Resolution No. 35/2002/NQ-HĐ dated July 18, 2002 of the People's Council of Tan Binh District agreeing with the contents of Report No. 1041/UB dated July 15, 2002 of the People's Committee of Tan Binh District regarding the land use plan for 2002 and up to 2005;

- Based on the conclusions of the annual land use plan review council at district level dated September 4, 2002 and the proposal of the Department of Land Administration and State-owned Housing Management Office No. 13232/DCND-QHKH dated October 22, 2002;

Article 1.- Approves the Tan Binh District land use plan for 2002 with the main contents as follows (attached list of land-using projects and annual land balance sheet):

1- Special-use land: increase by 13.15 hectares.

2- Residential land: increase by 24 hectares.

3- Agricultural land: decrease by 30.15 hectares.

4- Unused land: put into use 5 hectares.

Article 2.- Pursuant to Article 1 of this Decision, the People's Committee of Tan Binh District shall be responsible for:

- Adjusting the annual land use plan of communes to align with the approved annual land use plan of Tan Binh District.

- Implementing land allocation and land leasing for projects included in the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of the land law.

- Strictly monitoring land use in compliance with approved planning and plans.

Article 3.- The Director of the People's Council and People's Committee Office of Ho Chi Minh City, the Director of the Department of Land Administration and State-owned Housing Management, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Binh District, and the heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
