Pursuant to the Law on People's Health Protection;
Pursuant to Decree 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Private Medical and Pharmaceutical Practice;
Based on the proposal of the Inspector General, the Director of the Treatment Department, the Director of the Traditional Medicine Department, and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry of Health.

Article 1. Now hereby promulgates with this Decision the Inspection Procedure and List for Private Medical Practice.
Article 2. The Inspection Procedure and List for Private Medical Practice serve as the legal basis for State inspection in the field of private medical practice under state management.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Inspector General, the Directors of the Departments of Treatment, Traditional Medicine, Legal Affairs, and other relevant Departments of the Ministry of Health, the Director of the Vietnam Drug Administration, the Directors of Provincial and Municipal Health Services under the central government, the Heads of units directly under the Ministry of Health, and the Heads of Health Services of sectors are responsible for implementing this decision.
